At Anke from onze.casa, that is exactly the case: a warm and playful room full of character. Take a look as we transformed both the children’s room and the living room with our radiator covers. Two colourful spaces, each with its own challenge in terms of balance and atmosphere, and that is exactly what made this project so enjoyable.
From children’s room to living room: a colourful makeover
A warm and cheerful children’s room
In the children’s room, everything revolves around colour and comfort. Anke chose a warm and playful mix of tones such as deep navy blue and powder pink. This atmosphere is continued with radiator cover "The Original" in RAL 3012. This soft pink shade blends beautifully with the rest of the room and enhances the warm, cheerful feel without overpowering it. The result is a harmonious space where all colours come together perfectly.

By deliberately letting the radiator cover stand out, Anke creates a beautiful connection between the pink and blue tones in the room. The colours now blend seamlessly. With a few carefully chosen accessories such as the cute Octopus and the checked pouffe, the children’s room is complete
A calm base for the living room
Anke’s living room is also rich in colour and personality. That is exactly why she opted for a slightly calmer base here. With a radiator cover in RAL 9001, she brought more balance into the space. This timeless warm white shade creates a sense of calm and makes it easier to style with accessories. Think of switching cushions, vases or other decorations, the base remains calm while you can still explore different styles.
The right touch of warmth
The chosen colours
For this makeover, two colours were selected: RAL 3012 and RAL 9001 Fine Texture. In the children’s room, more colour was deliberately chosen. RAL 3012 is a soft red shade with a warm, slightly muted undertone. More subtle than classic red, making it perfect for adding warmth without becoming too bold. The shade adds atmosphere and gives the radiator cover a refined accent that blends beautifully into the whole.
In the living room, a calmer base was chosen with RAL 9001 Fine Texture. This soft warm white creates balance and allows playful home accessories to stand out. By keeping the interior more understated, a beautiful contrast with the children’s room is created, while both spaces remain connected.
